
Jennifer Hanway- Of Counsel
Jennifer’s legal practice focuses on professional malpractice litigation, defending individuals facing inquiry from professional licensing boards and government entities, as well as representing plaintiffs in complex tort cases in state and federal courts.
Prior to joining the firm as an attorney, Jennifer worked as a paralegal with the firm while in law school where she gained valuable experience handling cases at all stages of the legal process. During law school she was an Editor of the inaugural Concordia Law Review as well as the research assistant for the Dean. Since graduation, Jennifer has worked with the firm as an attorney; she is licensed in Idaho and California.
Jennifer is a native Idahoan and grew up in Boise, graduating from Capital High School. She enjoys all that Idaho has to offer, and in her free time loves to spend time in her garden, biking and hiking in the foothills or along the Greenbelt, or paddleboarding on Idaho’s beautiful waterways.
