Jennifer’s legal practice focuses on commercial litigation, defending individuals in front of administrative
boards and government entities, and representing plaintiffs in complex tort cases in state and federal
courts.
During law school, Jennifer worked full-time as a paralegal with the firm and gained valuable experience
in handling cases at all stages of the legal process. She also was an Editor of the inaugural Concordia Law
Review as well as the research assistant for the Dean. Upon graduation, Jennifer worked with the firm as
an associate before taking a brief sojourn to California, during which time she obtained her California
license. She is thrilled to be back in Idaho and working again at Fisher Hudson Shallat.
Jennifer is a native Idahoan and grew up in Boise. She enjoys all that Idaho has to offer, and in her free
time loves to get outdoors to mountain bike, trail run, and explore the foothills or greenbelt with her
dog.
